I was diagnosed with ADHD in May 2023. It was an amazing day because everything finally started to make sense to me.
For so long, I had traits that I just chalked up to being a “crazy girl,” but now they had a name. What a feeling! I wasn’t just crazy—I mean, I was—but now I could tell you why.
In April 2024, my therapist recommended sex work. They initially suggested another well-known site, but after doing my own research, I came across ATW. I joined for free, looked around, and immediately felt at home.
It was incredible to join such an amazing community, and I was blown away by how quickly I was included. It took a few months, but as I built up reviews, I got busier. Then, out of nowhere… I was booked for panties months in advance!
As someone who struggles with organization and staying focused, I had to develop processes that worked for me.
Here are a few:
1. Utilize Your Phone Calendar
I schedule my wears in my everyday calendar. I check this app daily to track past, current, and future wears. I also include the name, style, and length of wear in the title for quick reference, which helps me provide tentative dates to buyers.
2. Use a Period Tracking App
This is a big one for me! Since I’m not always regular, it’s helpful to have a ballpark idea of when “shark week” is coming. Plus, ovulation panties are a hot item, so tracking my cycle helps me plan ahead.
3. Pre-Pack & Organize Orders
I grab the ordered panties and place them in an envelope on my shelf. As time goes by, I gradually add any goodies I include I.e. stickers, tengas, cards. I organize my shelf to match my calendar lineup, so I always know exactly which panty comes next.v
4. Create Detailed Orders
I make my order as descriptive as possible, clearly stating the main items and outlining expectations for both myself and the buyer. This way, I can always reference my orders and never forget important details.
5. Pre-Label Envelopes
I own a label printer, so I purchase and print my labels in advance. This saves me time in the morning when I drop off packages.
Invest!!! Above all else, invest in yourself & invest in your Business
Since joining, I’ve invested in a few key items that save me time, keep my panties fresh, and help me stay organized.
My Top Must-Haves:
Vacuum Sealers – I have two: a stationary sealer at home and a handheld one for travel. Each uses different bags, so there’s an investment either way. Since I started sealing and shipping right off my body, I’ve had zero complaints.
Label Printer – I use a third-party shipping site, which allows me to buy tracking and print my own USPS or UPS labels. My printer prints 4x6 labels and came with 100 labels. Of course, you’ll need to purchase additional labels and paper, but it saves a ton of time compared to waiting at the post office.
Buy in Bulk – Stock up!
Envelopes: 25 or more
Thank-you cards: 20 or more
Any goodies you include: 15 or more
Buying in bulk usually means discounts, and we love saving money!
Want to Go the Extra Mile? If you’re as extra as me, here’s a pro tip:
Invest in a ring light, tripod, selfie remote, backdrop holder, and backdrops! Since I don’t show my face, these items help elevate my photos and make them look even more professional.
I hope this blog reaches at least one person and helps them succeed on this site. Thank you all—I love you all. Happy selling!

UkGuy83 @SmartImpulse Your use of the word "almost" is perfect, because this is the key difference. Two cardiologists looking at the same ECG will almost certainly agree on the diagnosis. In psychiatry, the same symptom (like "trouble concentrating") could be caused by ADHD, anxiety, depression, a lack of sleep, or extreme stress. The psychiatrist's accuracy comes from being a master detective. They have to put all the information together to figure out not just what the symptoms are, but why they are happening. Their skill is in seeing the whole picture and finding the single diagnosis that best explains all the different pieces of the puzzle.
UkGuy83 @SmartImpulse I understand, I have studied psychology (but I don't have a qualification), it's the same as with vets, some vets are nutritionally trained some aren't (my main qualification is in Animal Care and Animal Welfare), some psychologists specialize in neurodivergence, others don't
Demoness @GardenxGirl666 🤣😂
GardenxGirl666 @Demoness I meant 1 year 😂😂 oops
GardenxGirl666 @Demoness me too, I’ve never been able to hold down a job for more than 1 day. I’m currently in the process of moving to a complete new area because I got itchy feet & let my impulsivity win😂 sos
SmartImpulse @UkGuy83 idk how to put it to words but its like i can interpret a ecg and echo a psychiatrist can interpret almost accurately
GardenxGirl666 I do all this & STILLLLL struggle, as one day I will delay 1 thing and then it’s like a domino effect - watch it all crumble piece by piece 🤣🤣😊
UkGuy83 @SmartImpulse To put it simply, you are exactly right. A proper diagnosis is a big investigation. It’s never just one thing. It's always a combination of interviews, checklists, and tests all pointing to the same conclusion. NOTE: I am not medically trained, just trained in mental health conditions
SmartImpulse @SmartImpulse im not a psychiatrist im cardiology but we have done referrals before who thought he had adhd but could pinpoint that it wasnt and it was anxiety +ocs before
SmartImpulse @UkGuy83 its never diagnosed with scans its just one piece of the structure of diagnostics scan + multiple interviews + interactive test + sometime field test are used as a combination always
UkGuy83 @SmartImpulse same not arguing just pointing out the fact I know of
Demoness I will look forward to relaxing and reading this later. I have ADHD so a fellow neuro spicy girl 🌶 I struggle everyday with time management, organisational skills and everything regarding home life, social life and work life 😂🤣
UkGuy83 @SmartImpulse While it is "possible" to see these patterns, an individual's brain scan cannot definitively diagnose ADHD. There isn't currently a single, universally agreed-upon protocol for using these scans for ADHD diagnosis, which can lead to variable results between clinics.
SmartImpulse @UkGuy83 not arguing btw just information conveying 😊
SmartImpulse @UkGuy83 clinical diagnosis never rely on isolated observations It uses persistent patterns across multiple settings over a significant time
U can google about dsm criteria and all also we check the prefrontal cortex of patient to check for inactivity if it corresponds it might be adhd so yh its possible
Soleful_joy Will read tomorrow as I'm really interested! Thanks for posting 😘
UkGuy83 @SmartImpulse The constant state of change means that what might look like a "deficiency" or "imbalance" in one moment could be a normal response in another. Establishing a reliable baseline that definitively indicates ADHD or autism is therefore incredibly difficult.
Gem_BBW @Goddess_ZakiraKhan shoot me a message anytime 🙌🏻 basically Right To Choose is a system where you have the legal right to choose your providers. So lots of companies who asses neurodivergence have contracts with the NHS, but the Right To Choose pathway is soooo much quicker! Depending on the company it can be 6-12 months or even just a few weeks 💖
Goddess_ZakiraKhan @Gem_BBW Thank you! 💫 ! I’ll definitely check them out. Literally struggling to figure out what’s going on 🙃 & the waiting time doesn’t help at all but we will get there eventually 💖
SmartImpulse @UkGuy83 honestly nop cuz feelings dont change function quick ir doesnt change its pattern quick its more of a slow marker…atleast thats how we studied it in mbbs and md
UkGuy83 @Tinker_ much like anything else in life you have to be ready to let your guard down
UkGuy83 @SmartImpulse it is made more difficult by the fact that your brain chemistry is changed by every experience and feeling (positive, negative or neutral), therefore making pinning down a definitive diagnosis much like hitting a moving target
Tinker_ @UkGuy83 its weird because I mask so much and was worried id subconsciously do so in the assesment, but in my assessment I just let loose because I was so ready to stop hiding who I am x
SmartImpulse @UkGuy83 maybe but its definitely possible nowdays…easily because of imaging like we can see how brain functions look like (a small fact an drug addict and porn addict have same kind if function)
UkGuy83 Same applies to ADHD & Asperger's
Gem_BBW @Tinker_ love to hear it! One of mine was 7 months and the other was 5 months which beats 5-7 years on the NHS list 😅 xx
UkGuy83 As a Mental Health Support Worker, diagnosing Autism in adults is very difficult and is made more difficult in women as they tend to be better at masking symptoms that their male counterparts
Tinker_ @Gem_BBW I agree, I only waited a year with psychiatry uk 😘
Gem_BBW Spicy girlies rice 🙌🏻 great read 🥰 @Goddess_ZakiraKhan I highly recommend looking into Right To Choose to get assessed a lot quicker than the NHS 💖
MissKittyCreme OMG! This is the content I need 🥹 Now to get around to reading it 😜
UkGuy83 @Goddess_ZakiraKhan getting a diagnosis as an adult is not a task of the faint-hearted, it's nigh on impossible (unless you find the right specialist)
UkGuy83 I'm not ADHD or Autistic, but my partner is and so is her brother
Goddess_ZakiraKhan I definitely have traits of ADHD but yet to get a full diagnosis
( Theres a long waiting list!) This article was super helpful. 😌
Milaallure Shout out to the neurodivergent girlies 💖
SiouxieStarr This blog was so needed haha
VeryPunny @Tinker_ I view this place a lot of times as a means to connect with my people. Tend to make some really great friends here.
Tinker_ @VeryPunny I read something a while ago that suggests neurodivergent people are more likley to be kinky 😉
DelicateEats18 @VeryPunny that's probably true 😂
VeryPunny The joke I make about this place is if you made a Venn diagram of buyers/sellers on ATW and people who are neurodivergent it would just be a circle 😂
DelicateEats18 🤭 saving to read later. The constant and sheer panic of wondering if I've already lost a sock or something that's sold 😭
Flowerlotus8765 I'm just shocked your therapist recommended you to do sw! very progressive and open minded of them 👏🏾
